When you first contact the service we will arrange an initial consultation to undertake the first phase of the assessment process and to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy at this time. We will agree on a course of therapy and set the times and frequency of the sessions.

  • Therapy sessions for individuals: £130 for a 60 minute session.
  • Couple or family sessions for two or more people: £180 for a 60 minute session.
  • Supervision: £80
  • Parenting sessions: £150

  • A limited number of reduced fee sessions are available please discuss with your therapist.
  • Fees paid in advance per month via online payment.

FAQ

How long will I come for?

We will review the work after each session and determine the frequency of the sessions and whether you still want to attend. You will take an active part in the work that we do together. Some issues can be worked through within a relatively short time frame of a number of weeks and others can take a number of months

How often will I have sessions?

Some people like to have weekly sessions others prefer fortnightly or monthly. We will discuss what would be most useful.

What happens if I can’t attend a session?

We understand that there will be times when due to circumstances outside of your control you are unable to attend sessions at short notice. Generally the required cancellation period is 24 hours with no fee. If less than 24 hour notice is given then the full fee will be applicable as a cancellation fee.
